Product Owner (m/f/d)

Your tasks

As Product Owner you get the best out of every product. In an agile process, you develop the product characteristics, are responsible for the sequence of their implementation and take the necessary decisions.

  • You write and develop convincing user stories and identify the maximum possible value for our customers ("Describe the problem not the solution")
  • You have high prioritization capability to maintain your product backlog
  • You manage the communication between team and customer in order to decide in the sense of the product
  • You will handle complex topics and need to dive deep into details
  • You will work with teams of 3 to 6 persons

Our requirements

Your strengths are to coordinate/structure complex projects and communicate with many different interfaces. You have assertiveness, a pronounced customer orientation and always keep the goal in mind. You work independently with high efficiency and pronounced commitment.

  • at least 3 years experience as product owner or product manager for software or comparable professional experience
  • knowledge of the energy, water, gas supplier market preferable
  • strong analytical, business management and technical understanding
  • a high solution orientation, an independent and pragmatic way of thinking and work with a distinctive quality awareness
  • very good negotiating skills in dealing with partners and stakeholders
  • an open communicative personality at all levels of the company
  • the ability to create and implement ideas and visions
  • very good German and English language skills (written and spoken)
